Nick Elder is the Director of Real Estate of the Aberdeen Carolina & Western Railway Company

Nick joined the ACWR with over 20 years of experience in Third Party Logistics Ownership and Operations. He has a passion for Industrial Real Estate and increasing the services available to customers through development. Nick manages the corridor and real estate holdings of the ACWR. Nick is a graduate of UNC Charlotte, where he received a Bachelors in History in 2001, and a Masters in Liberal Studies and Applied Ethics in 2007.
